Objectives
To perform an Estate Performance Assessment of the University of Otago’s current estate portfolio to provide a comprehensive understanding of building performance across the estate and details of critical and strategically important buildings.
Role
Donald Cant Watts Corke SAFM delivered a quantitative analysis of the University of Otago’s estate performance including metrics on service dependency, capacity, space utilisation, building condition, functionality, quality and environmental sustainability against benchmarked standards.
