Toolooa State High School has engaged Donald Cant Watts Corke as the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Cost Manager for their ongoing project, a new performing arts centre. Initiated by the Queensland Department of Education in 2021, the project aims to deliver a state-of-the-art facility to meet the school's performing arts requirements.

The project involves constructing a performing arts centre with key spaces such as a performance stage, auditorium (divisible into dance and drama studios), a bio box, multi-media room, music GLA, ensemble rehearsal practice room, small practice area, various storage facilities, dressing rooms, staff offices and amenities, audience and student amenities, as well as a foyer and kiosk area.

As Project Manager, DCWC oversees all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful execution. We also act as the Superintendent, responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, monitoring progress, quality, and compliance. Additionally, they handle cost management, estimating, budgeting, and tracking project expenses to align with the allocated budget.

The collaborative efforts of Toolooa State High School, Donald Cant Watts Corke, and the Department of Education aim to create a modern and versatile performing arts centre that meets the school's needs. Through their expertise in project management, superintendent duties, and cost management, Donald Cant Watts Corke plays a crucial role in delivering this project successfully.
