DCWC provided Cost Management services during the early works phase and served as both Superintendent and Superintendent Representative throughout the project's duration. This innovative project features a combination of studio apartments and shared living spaces aimed at fostering a vibrant community among students.
Amenities include extensive communal kitchens and study areas, a rooftop lounge, a bar, an outdoor cinema, a swimming pool, a gym, and dedicated zones for yoga and studying. The building boasts a grand entrance lobby and onsite management offices, creating a welcoming and functional environment, along with convenient car parking on the lower levels.
