Located in the heart of Perth’s CBD, The Boulevard is a 573 room, 23-storey tower and the first purpose-built student accommodation of its kind in Western Australia.
The luxurious student accommodation offers a mix of studio apartments and shared apartment living, boasting extensive communal kitchen and study spaces as well as a rooftop lounge. The Boulevard was awarded a 2019 WA Architecture Award in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category.
DCWC was engaged to carry out Superintendent and Superintendent Representative Services for the project.
