All projects were briefed and approved by a business case, with design progressed as far as design development and then delivered under a master contract agreement with two tier one contractors to enable an accelerated program to ensure all projects were delivered in time for the start of the teaching semesters. Each project had its own GMP D&C contract with the consultants novated to the relevant contractor.
