The car park comprises 2 levels of parking situated on the full extent of an existing sports oval, with an artificial turf sports field located on the roof of the facility.

The project achieved practical completion on 1 March 2017, and features a FIFA accredited football field and 2 touch footy fields, and a link bridge to QUT’s Kelvin Grove campus.
