The food court included refurbishments to major franchises such as Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster and Subway. Other works included refurbishments to shared back of house facilities, food court finishes and some specialties such as Red Tail End bar, Cafe Travolo Pizza and Beer bar and Billie Chu.
These tenancies are situated within the terminal and over a baggage handling area on the air side which needed to be considered through the cost planning and design phase.
