Laing O'Rourke and Brookfield Multiplex JV

Value

$350M

Donald Cant Watts Corke worked with the Laing O'Rourke and Brookfield Multiplex Joint Venture to prepare the final stage bid for the Perth Transport Authority for the lowering of the Fremantle Line and main railway station.  We assembled our team at short notice and co-located with the JV at their project office to ensure the best possible results.

We provided measurement of quantities and production of pricing schedules for many elements of the project, including civil, building and mechanical and engineering.  All measured bills were delivered on time delivering certainty and the best possible result to the JV.
