It will transform manufacturing in areas such as biomedicine, transport, aerospace, renewable energy and mineral processing. This innovative collaboration between Monash University and CSIRO creates globally significant scale and scope in a space which also encourages greater links with business and the community.

The four storey 23,000sqm centre comprises of modern office spaces, meeting and conference facilities, dedicated research and educational precincts as well as PC2 laboratories and QC2 glass houses.

Donald Cant Watts Corke was involved in the establishment of the project scope that could be afforded within the budget whilst maintaining the Universities and CSIRO aspirations for the building, and cost managing the project within that budget.
