Commencing in 2007, Donald Cant Watts Corke's team provided cost management, onsite analysis and evaluation and cost and design feasibilities of the Myer re-development in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

The project presented a number of challenges due to the combination of old buildings, all being built at different stages, each building having different floor levels, construction techniques and materials. Donald Cant Watts Corke managed these by providing structurally sound solutions that could be achieved within the project budget.
