The precinct features A-Grade office space for the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, co-working and commercial tenants, Telstra Creator Space, Science Gallery Melbourne, retail and a superfloor with shared meeting and events spaces, which will be activated by a dedicated events and engagement team. This fitout contains open workspaces, meeting rooms, multifunction spaces, social hub areas across each floor plate and several dry laboratory facilities including the IxT Lab and the Ux Lab designed which are state-of-the-art facilities that allow researchers and students to explore, design and develop novel interactions using cutting edge technologies such as motion-capture, voice assistants, AR/VR and Kinects, just to name a few.

Our Project Management services continued for the Telstra Creator Space, which is a fabrication workshop containing a metal workshop, wood workshop, soldering facilities, laser cutters, 3D printing and a test bed space used for ground and air drones.
