Donald Cant Watts Corke undertook a review of the approved masterplan and demonstrated that the budget provisions for construction to be completed in 2013 were too low. The project team then produced a completely new masterplan with building efficiencies and less re-use of aged facilities and the new masterplan was accepted.
We are providing full quantity surveying services from masterplan to post construction. Early works are currently under construction.
