The first stage of the new Joseph Banks Secondary College was opened in February 2015.

With the population growth in Perth’s northern suburbs, the Department of Education brought forward Stage 2 of this project to enable its opening in time for the start of the 2018 school year.

The new construction includes:

  • Student services area
  • General Classroom Block 3 and 4
  • Arts Learning Centre
  • Tiered lecture theatre
  • Health and Physical Education learning area

Other works include sports facilities, 101 street embayments as well as refitting Stage 1 areas such as the library resources area, science laboratories, composite/engineering workshops, mechatronics studio, IT laboratories, model office and food technology.

We provided full Cost Management services and Bill of Quantities on this project.
