Department of Transport Workplace and Customer Service Centre

DCWC has been appointed Quantity Surveyor for the Victorian Government’s Department of Transport (DOT) Workplace and Customer Service Centre.

Designed by Peckvonhartel, the centre is set to create a new benchmark for public sector workplace design. Spanning over six levels, The Department will soon occupy EastCo tower located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburb of Ringwood. The project includes integrated fit-out-works and will provide enhanced facilities, including workstations for siloed work, digitally integrated collaboration spaces and large-scale training facilities. Spanning 14,000m2, not only does this project provide office space for executives, engineers, and operational teams, but also a retail and customer service space on the ground floor and a business hub on the double height mezzanine floor.
