Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (DILGP) - Total Asset Management Plan (TAMP) Review

Objectives 

To provide asset management advice by reviewing six TAMPs across the Departments of Education and Training; Energy and Water Supply; Housing and Public Works; Justice and Attorney General; Transport and Main Roads; and Queensland Health and applying strategic asset management expertise and experience.  Additionally, to support the TAMP team improve the whole-of-Government asset management planning policy as it transitions into the next phase of roll-out.  

Role

Donald Cant Watts Corke SAFM provided critical review to an increased scope of ten TAMPs across Queensland Government Departments ensuring a common framework for each and overarching alignment with the Queensland Government Building Asset and Performance Management Framework (BAPF).  This provided a robust, whole-of-Government approach to future departmental TAMP development and asset portfolio planning across ten year horizons for strategic asset management purposes.
