First Building in Australia to Achieve a 6 Star Green Rating

A key aspect of Donald Cant Watts Corke's work with Melbourne City Council on this world-class building was the identification and delivery of what is possible in Environmentally Sustainable Development.

The result?  Australia's first 6 Star Green Star office building, the 2007 National Award for Planning Excellence from the Planning Institute of Australia, the 2007 National Sustainable Architecture Award from The Royal Australian Institute of Architects and the 2007 President's Award, Excellence in Property Awards from the Australian Property Institute.
