Circa Aged Care is the masterplan of 449 residential apartment units in 10 buildings, with a 144 bed retirement aged care facility, basement car park, surrounding infrastructure and landscaping including feature lake. Donald Cant Watts Corke is providing Quantity Surveying Services for masterplan design and Stage 1 from feasibility to final account.
This project began development in 2015 and is expected to be completed in 2018.
