The Loop Mall development created 5700m² of new retail space in a former basement car park. Donald Cant Watts Corke Management provided tenancy coordination during the redevelopment. Trading and services to adjacent areas were maintained throughout the works.
For the Loop Mall's opening in 2007, 33 tenancies were delivered on the same date. The completed Loop Mall links two existing shopping precincts with 48 new tenancies.
