Box Hill Hospital (BHH) Redevelopment comprised of two stages. Stage One was the provision of the new 55,000m2 new Box Hill Hospital comprising of, theatres, recovery, Inpatient Units, Emergency Department, front entry, renal and  new educational facility, that provided 621 new beds.

Stage 2 comprised of a $40 million refurbishment of the existing Box Hill Hospital.
Donald Cant Watts Corke provided full cost management services from master plan to completion in the delivery of the this redevelopment. 

The project was delivered within budget, with an additional floor added to the new building as a result of cost management and market conditions
