These works included a full replacement of the existing mechanical central plant system for the main campus building (The Mary Glowerey Building at 115 Victoria Parade). A full fitout of two office spaces for the three new research institutes (The Mary McKillop Institute for Health Research, The Institute for Health and Ageing and the Institute for Religion, Politics and Society). An important new addition to the ACU family, the institutes will provide invaluable research in their respective fields.
Other key components that were created from the relocation package includes;
- Student breakout space on Levels 3 and 4
- Faculty of Health Sciences
- Faculty of Theology and Philosophy
- Renovation of Jim Baa Yer and Office Student Success areas
- School of Education
