The New Teaching and Training Facility at the Alice Springs Hospital provides state-of-the-art technology that allows staff to be trained in replica emergency situations.

The new building includes a 100-seat theatre and a clinical skills training room. Donald Cant Watts Corke also provided the redevelopment of a number of areas within the existing hospital, including a new Intensive Care Unit, Decant Ward, ward refurbishments, oncology and cardio departments, corridors and lift shafts as well as pharmacy and entrance area. These projects were completed in all stages, ensuring continued operation of the hospital throughout the redevelopment.
