The 50 Flinders Street Office Fitout delivered a high quality commercial project spanning four floors and 7,000m2. The open plan workspace provides extensive meeting and conference facilities on each floor, linked by a vertical internal staircase. High quality audio visual and IT systems were also integrated into the design.
The diversity of work settings showcases an environmentally sustainable design encompassing natural light and views across the CBD. This is supported by the principles of creativity, collaboration, connectivity, flexibility and adaptability.
