The extended shop front line created additional tenancy space to Little Collins and Elizabeth Street. The entries and internal circulation were reconfigured to increase traffic flows through the centre.

The shopping centre remained fully operational during the works, providing management challenges to minimise disruptions to shoppers. Throughout the works, communication with the tenants was paramount to the success of the project.
