The upper floor of the centre is dedicated to middle school education with three flexible learning spaces supported by a large breakout space for 178 year seven students and 10 staff. The design also incorporates suitable space for administrative offices and facilities. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided pre construction independent cost planning advice to Brown Falconer and Westminster School including the assessment of the, single select construction tender. Once complete the project will included extensions to the existing site roadway and carparking together with infrastructure engineering services upgrades.
