Stage 1 - To inform the Facilities Management (FM) Specifications to provide a robust, output and outcome-based framework for the provision of Estate Services on eight school sites over a 30 year contract period.
Stage 2 – To evaluate the tender responses from three consortia of companies for the provision of Estate Services and methodologies for providing the State with Operating Plans, Reports and Manuals over the 30 year contract period.
Donald Cant Watts Corke SAFM provided input into the FM Specifications and recommended the use of a performance-based contract. In Stage 2, a risk-based evaluation framework was employed to inform the State on the strongest response to provide FM services over the lifespan of the project.
