The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute redevelopment consists of 15,000m2 of new medical research laboratories over seven levels, and 10,000m2 multi-staged refurbishment of the existing laboratory building.

The existing building was refurbished during full occupation, involving PC2 and PC3 laboratories and animal breeding facilities.

Donald Cant Watts Corke were engaged to provide cost planning and cost management services for this facility.
