Orygen, The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, is the world’s leading research and knowledge organisation focusing on mental ill-health in young people.

The design of the new centre emulates nature throughout, with the open-plan approach attempting to break down an institutional feel. Encompassing three levels, the centre offers state-of-the-art clinical, housing, research, education and training facilities.

DCWC was engaged by the Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services for the project. Despite latent conditions found on site, our team successfully delivered the health facility under-budget.
