DCWC provided Financial Certification and Quantity Surveying services for Healthscope’s Northern Beaches $1 billion project. 

Consisting of 488 hospital beds, as well as additional public beds, a large integrated emergency department, state-of-the-art intensive and critical care units and a modern inpatient mental health facility.

The Northern Beaches Hospital, in Sydney's Upper North, is the first major health infrastructure project on the Northern Beaches. The nine-storey new build development provides the community with industry leading specialist healthcare, including emergency medicine, intensive care, surgery, maternity and special care nursery, paediatrics, geriatric medicine, renal dialysis, chemotherapy, radiology, pathology and a pharmacy.
