Key to this project was the delivery of a research facility that attracted international research stars and up and coming Australian scientists for a multi-stakeholder client group.
Donald Cant Watts Corke provided strategy and advice, development of the functional brief and project management. We conducted extensive user group consultation and delivered all contract documentation on time and on budget. Donald Cant Watts Corke also undertook separate demolition and early works packages to enable overall early project completion.
This world class project achieved a 5 Star Green Star Rating - Education Design V1.
The end result is a stimulating and high amenity research environment that promotes collaboration, a sense of community and flexibility for future research directions.
