This unique project involved the redevelopment of the facility to current day standards for an International Performance Hall. The project involved extensive acoustic requirements within the Concert Hall and was delivered via an Alliance agreement.
Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Cost Planning and Construction Phase Cost Management services directly to the Hamer Hall Alliance.
Some of the unique features of the project included:
- Redirected access from river frontage
- Introduction of performance spaces in the foyer area
- Heritage restrictions
- Rental tenancies at river level.
