DCWC has been appointed Quantity Surveyor for the Victorian Government’s Department of Transport (DOT) Workplace and Customer Service Centre.
Designed by Peckvonhartel, the centre is set to create a new benchmark for public sector workplace design. Spanning over six levels, The Department will soon occupy EastCo tower located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburb of Ringwood. The project includes integrated fit-out-works and will provide enhanced facilities, including workstations for siloed work, digitally integrated collaboration spaces and large-scale training facilities. 
Spanning 14,000m2, not only does this project provide office space for executives, engineers, and operational teams, but also a retail and customer service space on the ground floor and a business hub on the double height mezzanine floor.
