The pavement was specified as cement treated crushed rock, this presented challenges to locate cost effective suppliers with sufficient expertise to meet strict specifications. Here we were able to deploy our local Queensland knowledge to source suppliers and contractors.
The project objectives required the maintenance of heavy traffic flows on this vital arterial to north Queensland. We developed a traffic management plan and staging of works program to fully document the estimate.
Throughout this project, we collaborated with GHD and TMR. We held value workshops to ensure the group is able to quickly and successfully react to change.
We are also providing option reviews and selection services to TMR to ensure an outstanding result is achieved within their budget framework.
