It covered two redevelopment options of the existing carpark to increase parking capacity. The Carpark Study included the following elements:
- Demolition of the existing plaza
- Demolition of the existing Adelaide Festival Centre carpark
- Demolition of BASS offices
- Demolition of the Adelaide Festival Centre workshop and plantroom
- Construction of a new carpark including all structural works, mechanical exhausting, fire sprinklers, lighting and power
- Construction of structural plaza level slab The Adelaide Festival Centre presents a wide range of arts activities and performances for the community.
