This exciting development at 725 Wellington street in the Perth CBD will consist of a new 26 level office building and a 33 level residential building. DCWC is pleased to be providing Project Management Services for the innovative mixed-use development. 

These two towers will connect to the existing Four Points by Sheraton Hotel by a network of public plazas and laneways.

While the office building will front onto Wellington Street opposite the Perth Arena, the residential tower will front onto Murray Street and will include 155 dwellings (14 three-bedroom apartments, 84 two-bedroom apartments and 57 one-bedroom apartments). A new mid-block pedestrian link from Murray Street through to Wellington Street is intended to serve both patrons of the development and those heading to the Perth Arena.
