Leading consulting firm, Donald Cant Watts Corke is growing again. The NSW team has outgrown their current office and is moving around the corner to a bigger premises.

From Monday 15 May, Donald Cant Watts Corke’s Sydney office will be located at Level 10, Angel Place, 123 Pitt St, Sydney, just over a minute’s walk from their current address. Chris_Cusack_bio.jpg

As Donald Cant Watts Corke grows from strength to strength, this office move solidifies the partnership between Donald Cant Watts Corke and well-established, highly respected quantity surveying and project management company, Heymann-Cohen. Operating in Sydney since 1998, Heymann-Cohen are experts in the residential and retail sector, specialising in high-end projects, as well as their renowned specialisation of Bank Reporting and Financial Certification.

The cultural fit between the two firms has enabled a highly successful integration, as well as the opportunity to expand into new service areas, since Donald Cant Watts Corke and Heymann-Cohen officially joined forces late in 2014.

From 15 May, all branding will be Donald Cant Watts Corke NSW, with the Heymann-Cohen website also re-directing to www.dcwc.com.au. These actions symbolise the final phase of the acquisition; new banking, legal and ABN information will be communicated to all clients in June, to ensure a smooth transition of business processes in the lead-up to the new financial year.

Chris Cusack, Managing Director, NSW is very excited about moving to the new offices and what the future holds. “The vision for us is clear. We want to be recognised as market leaders through three factors; our best people, outstanding results and sustainable business.

“Our company and team of trusted advisors take pride in developing strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders, which has seen us be instrumental in delivering some of Australia’s most advanced and complex developments across a wide range of sectors."

“Ensuring our businesses are able to operate efficiently and effectively is of primary concern. Growth is positive; and by having a greater space in which to liaise with clients, develop plans and truly help our clients turn their ideas into reality, we eagerly await this next chapter of Donald Cant Watts Corke NSW.”

The integration of these two teams has also helped maximise the range of skills and specialist services available to current and prospective clients. Rolling out the bank reporting and financial certification service nationally, has enabled clients across Australia to entrust our former Heymann-Cohen Directors, to assist them in key residential projects, whereby they couldn’t access these resources previously.

“This move is both exciting and significant for our team,” said Chris Cusack. “As market leaders, Donald Cant Watts Corke is committed to providing its clients with a service that is focused on delivering outstanding results no matter the project. The new Sydney office will allow our business to continue delivering this high quality service to our clients, as partners for excellence.”

Donald Cant Watts Corke has a history of over 50 years, with an intermittent presence in Sydney since the 1980s.

Whilst the address for Donald Cant Watts Corke’s Sydney office is changing, all other contact details remain the same.
