The merger of Donald Cant Watts Corke New South Wales with Heymann-Cohen is opening up many new opportunities for the united team and their clients.
With a strong residential portfolio, Heymann-Cohen’s professional service history is well respected within the sector. By combining the experience and knowledge of both companies, together with the reputation of the Donald Cant Watts Corke brand, the expanded team are now well equipped to deliver larger and more complex residential projects going forward.
The skills of both offices have been maximised, offering clients enhanced quality and efficiency of services. With co-location set to take place in March 2015, the team can begin taking advantage of the boom in residential apartment developments occurring in Sydney and across the country.
Active collaboration on several new projects within the residential sector has been occurring since late last year. Donald Cant Watts Corke is providing Project Management Services alongside Haymann-Cohen’s Quantity Surveying team for the Cliff Road Project in Epping. The development project is revitalising Epping with 39 boutique apartments, creating fresh new homes less than 25km’s from Sydney’s CBD. The team further collaborated on a 200 apartment residency in Wolli Creek for an overseas developer in late 2014.
At present the New South Wales group is also providing Cost Planning Advice and Business Case development on a mixed use project in Sydney’s CBD. The project involves the refurbishment of an existing pub, with the addition of a residential apartment tower above.
As a combined business, both Heymann – Cohen and Donald Cant Watts Corke has a clear strategy and capability to expand the current portfolio of residential projects, leading the marketing in the delivery of Project Management and Quantity Surveying services within NSW.
