Henry Ashton, Associate Project Manager in our Melbourne office has been nominated in the Melbourne Airport Excellence Awards for Teamwork and Collaboration.

The Melbourne Airport Excellence Awards recognise and reward members of the Melbourne Airport community who demonstrate excellence, and who consistently strive to deliver on Melbourne Airport’s promise “to be an airport Melbourne can be proud of”.

The Teamwork and Collaboration award criteria of Authenticity, Passion, Accountability, and Collaboration is open to any team or group of collaborators who work towards the Melbourne Airport vision. The award recognises that teamwork can come from both formal structures and impromptu collaborations between staff from different organisations, this award honours the people who unite and extract their best capabilities to achieve success.

“Teamwork is one of the most significant factors in the successful delivery of projects. It is thrilling to be nominated for an Excellence Award in this category. At the same time, the main reason for the nomination is the wider team supporting me and making me look good. Kudos to Simon Akkari, Wen Li, Anthony Varrasso, and everyone else on the project. All of you know exactly what our shared contribution has achieved on this project.“– Henry Ashton
