VICTORIA
Henry Ashton | Associate Director, Project Management 

Henry-Ashton-FOR-WEBHenry has had a significant impact on the Victorian Project Management business over the past 18 months. As the team's aviation lead, Henry is well known and highly respected by clients, consultants and colleagues. His strong skills in business development and stakeholder relations are an asset to the business.

Henry is a significant contributor at team meetings and always has some process or leadership theorem that he seeks to integrate into our systems; including taking lead on implementing sustainable business and personal practices that help us do our part towards a better tomorrow.

Henry was recently nominated for the Melbourne Airport Excellence Awards for teamwork and collaboration. We are thrilled to see this acknowledgment, having experienced his wealth of knowledge and acumen that has been substantial towards supporting his team across projects.

Janet Yuen |Associate, Infrastructure

Janet-Yuen-COLOUR-1Since joining in 2019, Janet has been an important leader and has shown great potential in becoming a business leader at DCWC. Her professionalism, strong stakeholder interpersonal skills, technical nous and commercial acumen have continued our success with key government clients.

As a mentor to our junior staff, she has instilled DCWC’s values of never compromising our standards, yet graceful at commercial negotiations. Her repeated success and shrewd leadership has elevated the DCWC brand.

As a Rail Civil Infrastructure expert she has led some of the nations largest projects. There is no doubt about her conviction and positivity to life. We would like to congratulate Janet on her promotion to Associate.

Simona Akkari |Senior Project Manager, Project Management  

Simon A 425xSimon joined DCWC as his strengths were highly recommended and recognised as a key fit for the team; having experienced his skills and persona working together on other airfield projects.

It is with great pleasure that we promote Simon to Senior Project Manager. Having taken a side step from design management into project management when joining DCWC, his skills, knowledge and persona merit a senior role.

Simon’s a team player who is always looking for ways to ensure that the optimum solution is able to be achieved by the team and is able to integrate organisations into a unified team; bridging differences and driving solutions.

Tom Coy |Senior Project Manager, Project Management  

Tomas C 425xTom has had an outstanding 2 years being a key member in residential and commercial sector projects. Due to his diligent work and dedication, he has developed close relationships with our clients and built a reputation as a safe pair of hands who doesn’t let anything get past him.

Tom has experienced some great challenges over the years, but due to his self-effacing personality he has managed to maintain great relationships were all involved. Which is a testament to his interpersonal skills and quality stakeholder relationships.

Tom’s a great asset to the team, with his deep-seated belief in excellence, he champions DCWC values through all his projects.

Josh Serpell | Senior Project Manager, Project Management  

Joshua S 425xJosh is the ultimate achiever. He gets the job done whether be it on technically complex projects such as office fitouts or the state funded projects like schools and accommodation.

Josh has a need for high quality outcomes that gives him a client focused approach that provides good, solid advice to our clients, and clear and accurate direction to consultants and contractors - Without any fuss or fanfare.

Josh presents as a calm methodical worker, where his skillset can adapt to a range of projects. A quality that our team highly value with such a dependable and rising colleague.

Anthony Varrasso | Senior Project Manager, Project Management  

190423_DM_DCWC-054-1Anthony has been a key project manager within the aviation and residential sector where his experience and skillset have made him a valued team member across both airside and landside projects, and building rectification projects.

Whilst Anthony has a civil engineering background, he has not flinched when he has come up against complex systems issues. He has a calm detailed approach to understand all issues and addresses them to ensure works are able to be completed.

Promotion to Senior Project Manager is in recognition of Anthony’s development with leading projects, resolving complex issues, and engaging with key clients and stakeholders to maintain DCWC's reputation for excellence in project management.
