Marcus Bailey | VIC Director, Project Management 

DCWC congratulates Marcus on his promotion to Director of VIC Project Management. Marcus brings 20 years of architectural and project management experience to the Victorian Project Management team.

Marcus has extensive major project experience, particularly in the Tertiary Education sector on projects such as the Swanston Academic Building and more recently the New Academic Street (NAS).

Tony McNamara | VIC Director, Project Management

Congratulations to Tony on his promotion to Director of VIC Project Management. Tony comes from an architecture background and has over 21 years' experience within the industry, spanning over a diverse sector group.

Tony's skills and experience has seen his involvement in the successful delivery of several projects for RMIT, Monash University, Melbourne University and Victoria University.

Anisa Rahimic | VIC Associate, Project Management

DCWC congratulates Anisa on her promotion to Associate. Leveraging both client and contractor side knowledge, Anisa brings over 10 years' experience managing a diverse range of projects, both large and medium scale, in live environments and Greenfield sites and in all phases of project delivery.

Anisa's experience spans across a variety of sectors, she has been involved the successful delivery of world-class projects including; Perth 'Optus' Stadium, The Fiona Stanley Hospital and 570 Bourke Street.

Giuseppe Costanzo | WA Director, Quantity Surveying 

Congratulations to Giuseppe on his promotion to Director of WA Quantity Surveying. Giuseppe joined DCWC in 2018 as an Associate Director based in our Perth office.  

Giuseppe has helped deliver major projects in nearly every sector, in particular the aged care, health and education sectors, where he has an impressive portfolio. Giuseppe has over 14 years’ experience in quantity surveying and all aspects of contract management.

Alison Gartrell | QLD Associate Director, Project Management 

DCWC congratulates Alison on her promotion to Associate Director. Alison is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for some of Australia’s leading building companies.

Alison is a valuable member of our senior staff whose excellent project management and communication skills have resulted in the successful delivery of projects across technology, residential, education, retail and health sectors.

Lefoko Kombani | QLD Associate, Quantity Surveying 

Congratulations Lefoko, on her promotion to Associate. joined DCWC in August 2017 as Senior Quantity Surveyor, bringing with her a highly professional approach to Quantity Surveying. 

Lefoko is a self-motivated and driven professional with 12 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration across various Sectors in projects in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.
