2 April, 2019: DCWC is pleased to have reached several milestones with NEXTDC on their M2 Melbourne site which will be Melbourne’s largest data centre. We are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services.
NEXTDC are an ASX200 technology company that builds and operates state of the art data centres that surpass industry benchmarks in data centre technical excellence and in the way that customers experience data centres.
At full fit-out the M2 Melbourne site will be a 40MW data centre covering 15,000m2 of high-density technical space and will be the first Victorian data centre to receive Tier IV Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) from the Uptime Institute.
DCWC’s Anna Najda has led the delivery of M2 Stage 1 for DCWC, supporting the wider NEXTDC team, and recently assisted with the completion of M2 Stage 2 BB which was delivered one month early on February 18th 2019, in collaboration with Kapitol Group.
Congratulations to Anna Najda, James Armitage, David Crawford, Paul Tomsic and Kapitol Group for all their hard work in their successful delivery of Stage 2 of this industry leading hyperscale and beautiful data centre.
"The completion of this project complements DCWC’s previous project engagements with NEXTDC and reinforces our national relationship with this important client" - Paul Tomsic, DCWC Director, NSW.
