DCWC is thrilled to announce the promotions of Alison Gartrell to Associate Director and Lefoko Kombani to Associate. 

Alison Gartrell | QLD Associate Director, Project Management 

Alison-ICONAlison is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for some of Australia’s leading building companies.

Alison is a valuable member of our senior staff whose excellent project management and communication skills have resulted in the successful delivery of projects across technology, residential, education, retail and health sectors.

Alison has demonstrated a strong “can do” attitude within the business and was thrust into the delivery of NEXTDC’s B1 and B2 data centre projects in Brisbane. Alison has excelled in this space and has left a very positive lasting impression of one of our major Clients. Alison has  been managing our Replacement Cladding projects (including NEXCTDC’s) as well as completing the latest Stage of works at the NEXTDC B2 facility. Most recently Alison was appointed to manage the design team and DA process for a new commercial tower at 100 Walker Street, North Sydney in conjunction with our Sydney office.

Lefoko Kombani | QLD Associate, Quantity Surveying 

Lefoko-ICON-2Lefoko joined DCWC in August 2017 as Senior Quantity Surveyor, bringing with her a highly professional approach to Quantity Surveying. Lefoko has since been promoted to Associate.

Lefoko is a self-motivated and driven professional with 12 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration across various Sectors in projects in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.  Lefoko has a broad range of experience with expertise in the fields of cost planning, cost management, bills of quantities, post contract, feasibility and tax depreciation.

Lefoko is currently the Cost Planning lead on three major Brisbane projects – first vertical school for DoE; Darwin Luxury Hotel & QIC’s Logan Hyperdome.
