At Donald Cant Watts Corke we understand the importance of providing communications on our response and approach to the currently evolving situation on the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Like all other businesses, the health and well-being of our staff and industry colleagues is our top priority and we are also working hard to maintain a very clear focus on how we continue to support our clients and other business partners during this unprecedented period.

With this in mind, I wanted to advise you of the following to ensure the continuity of our operations:

  • We are providing our staff with regular updates on all State and Federal government guidelines and the impact it has on their working arrangements.
  • We are an agile and connected business that has the ability to work remotely and use technology to communicate, collaborate and remain connected .  We have successfully tested our systems and infrastructure and we use the latest IT platforms to go about our daily jobs – whether it be in the office or remotely.
  • We understand and respect many of our clients and business partners have introduced various changes and restrictions to their business operations. We offer a commitment to work with you in a collaborative manner in light of these changes to ensure continuity of service delivery.
  • We have introduced policy and changes that respond to the latest advice from authorities that will assist minimise the spread of COVID-19. This includes limiting travel, remote meeting capability, maintaining staff/office hygiene and working from home arrangements as may be necessary.
  • We currently have no known positive cases.  However, we have introduced arrangements and tested our business operations that allows us to continue to service clients should this change.
  • We have the scale and capability to manage change to our project teams as well as provide oversight for a distributed workforce – both of which may be a requirement of any future positive testing or change to advice from Authorities.

We know these measures and others will continue to build trust and confidence in our commitment to you and our ability to deliver on our promise as we have always done in our dealings with you.

This is a rapidly evolving situation so we will continue to keep you updated.  We appreciate your commitment and support in these challenging and unprecedented times.

Please contact any of our team at DCWC whom you may have dealings with, if you have any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Jonathan Caughey
Chief Executive Officer
