The winners of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) Architecture Awards have been announced nationally. Donald Cant Watts Corke was thrilled to see many of the projects we have provided services for, be awarded and shortlisted.

Donald Cant Watts Corke is proud to have partnered with many industry-leading architects and congratulate all architects and project partners.

Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre – Billard Leece Partnership – winner of the Architect Award in the Public Architecture category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Quantity Surveying services. 

Tamarama House – Durbach Block Jaggers Architects – winner of the Wilkinson Award in the Residential Architecture – Houses (New) category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Quantity Surveying services.

88 Angel St – Steele Associates Architects – winner of the Architecture Award in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Cost Planning and Independent Certification services.

Shortlisted projects:
- Harbour Mill Apartments – Grimshaw – Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Cost Planning and Independent Certification services. 

- Pyrmont Fire Station and Fire & Rescue NSW Offices – Group GSA – Heritage (Conservation and Creative Adaption) category, Donald Cant Watts Corke provided full Quantity Surveying services from feasibility through to final account.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital - Architectus Brisbane and HDR Rice Daubney as Sunshine Coast Architects – winner of the F.D.G Stanley Award in the Public Architecture category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Independent Review services. 

Commendation: Atria at Hamilton Reach – Arkhefield– Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Quantity Surveying (Post Contract) services.

- The Residences, Yungaba House – Arqus Design – Heritage Architecture category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Quantity Surveying (Estimating and Cost Planning) services.

Victoria Architecture Awards

RMIT Bundoora West Student Accommodation – Richard Middleton Architects (RMA) winner of the Best Overend Award in the Residential Architecture – Houses (Multiple Housing) category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Superintendent services.

Fitzroy Gardens Redevelopment Project – City of Melbourne City Design Studio winner of the Architecture Award in the Urban Design category. Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Contract Administration services.
