Jason brings over 25 years’ of architectural, design and project management experience to the DCWC team. Specialising in complex projects in live environments, Jason is a passionate and detailed Project Manager.

Jason has worked on a wide range of large-scale, technically challenging projects including large civil and infrastructure redevelopment projects, along with master-planned communities, environmental, sport and recreation, education, research and commercial sector projects.

Jason’s knowledge and approach builds and maintains strong employer, client and stakeholder relationships and a collaborative team approach to project delivery. Jason has worked on major projects such as the Fishermans Bend Campus Melbourne University, Australian Institutes of Infectious Disease at Melbourne University and the Monash Learning Building.

Jason is also part of the PCA Education committee for Victoria.

Scape Swanston

DCWC provided superintendent services for the Scape Swanston development, in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

This high-rise student accommodation facility incorporates over 700 fully contained studios
across 47 levels including student amenity, entertaining areas and retail tenancies.

Reaching completion in 2018, the development delivers an Australian leading benchmark for student living. The project team, led by Scape includes Denton Corker Marshall, AB Rogers (Interiors) and construction firm Built.

Monash University - Biomedical Learning and Teac...

The Biomedical Learning and Teaching Building includes two superlabs, each with a capacity of 240 students together with five additional large teaching laboratories, each with a capacity of 120 students. Every teaching laboratory is supported by breakout spaces along with informal learning spaces.
