The New Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the State of Victoria (Department of Education) and Learning Communities Victoria involves the development and facilities management of 12 new schools across the State.

Consisting of 59 buildings, external works and landscaping, the project was delivered in two stages during 2016 and 2017.

The schools are designed as community hubs and will support inclusion of all learners. 

Our responsibility on this project: Financier's Certifier reporting to the project financiers on all aspects of project performance and overall financial status of the project.
