Duration

April 2014 - July 2014

Focusing on adaptive reuse, a reconfiguration of clinical and support services was proposed by the team to facilitate improved efficiency and capacity of the principal site. The site planning for both campuses included three redevelopment options and cost analysis.

  • Option One: Retain and remodel as much of the existing capital infrastructure sites as possible
  • Option Two: Determine an effective balance between existing and new capital infrastructure on both sites
  • Options Three A & B: Relocate all clinical and support services to one site.  Develop this option for both campuses so as to provide an either / or scenario
