A refurbished and expanded Pentreath building will provide a 21st Century learning environment for current and future students.
- The scope of the Project includes the planning, design and development of the existing Pentreath building and significant new extension building over two levels to:
- Achieve 13 Flexible Learning Spaces for Years 7 & 8
- Allow for indoor and outdoor breakout space available to each GLA
- Allow for 325 students based on 25 student per class
- Provide large Flexible Learning Spaces, averaging 80 square meters
- Provide a variety of spaces for staff and students in the learning common
- Create a relationship with the Caterer Oval and the proposed new Integrated Learning Centre and senior school precinct
- Revitalise a key asset of the School for the future
- Provide office and support function space for staff
- Inclusion of two Communications/IT Rooms with existing Pentreath Building (Basement 14m2 and Attic Level 46m2)
