Objectives To deliver a Strategic Asset Management Plan for the Clayton Campus that aligns with the University’s Master Plan, Asset Management objectives and projected funding levels for the period 2015 – 2030.

Role

Donald Cant Watts Corke SAFM used its unique Asset Intelligence (AQ) System to develop Monash University’s SAMP.  This included a quantitative assessment of the client’s estate performance using Tertiary Education and Facilities Management Association (TEFMA) performance criteria.
