The Library Extension and Gumurrii Centre project involved the extension of the library due to the introduction of both the new school of Architecture and the relocation of all medical and oral health activities to the Gold Coast campus.

The building also houses the Gumurrii Centre, a Student Support Unit for the indigenous students and staff of the university. The building is an iconic wayfinding structure in the heart of the university.

Donald Cant Watts Corke provided trade package services for this project which involved a total new build area of over 4,600²m and refurbishment of over 1,200²m.

Our team were proud to provide Quantity Surveying services for this outstanding project.
