The Glengowrie Tram Depot Upgrade Project addresses increased stabling capacity, maintenance capability, and operations and staff facilities. These requirements will be completed in a staged manner to allow the depot to continue operating during the construction works, thereby minimising disruption to operations and to tram users.

Stage one of the works comprises site earthworks and remediation and construction of a new 600m2 facility. The facility will house meeting rooms, training rooms, offices, lunchroom, amenity areas and change rooms.

Stage two of the works comprises the demolition of the existing depot buildings and the construction of a new car park. Donald Cant Watts Corke are providing full cost management services for this project.
